Stop the presses! Axl Rose is having a conniption about something! The sole proprietor of Guns N' Roses has filed suit against Activision, demanding $20 million and claiming that the company broke a written agreement by featuring Slash alongside Rose in 'Guitar Hero III.' Filed Tuesday in Los Angeles, the suit also claims that Activision is in breach of contract due to its use of Velvet Revolver songs in the game.The more bored among you may remember when we reported in December of 2008 that Axl had taken to a messageboard under an alias, and whined about Slash's appearance in the version of 'Welcome to the Jungle' featured on 'Guitar Hero III.' Seeing as it took Axl less than two years of running his mouth to actually file suit, and 10 years of running his mouth to actually release an album, we can only assume that he puts five times as much energy into whining to lawyers as he does whining into a microphone. Truth be told, we'd take five more lawsuits over one more 'Chinese Democracy' any day of the week.
